Holidays

East Shore observes the following holidays and is closed: Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. *Please note no orders will be processed or shipped on these observed holidays.


Shipping & Delivery

East Shore Specialty Foods ships via Federal Express (SmartPost) F.O.B. Hartland, WI. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three to eight business days for delivery in the contiguous United States. Shipments outside the contiguous United States will have additional freight charges. Please contact East Shore Customer Service to obtain a quote. All orders are to be paid in U.S. currency. Orders are pre-authorized to the credit card provided at the time the order is placed. Credit Card is fully charged on day of shipment.

Method:FedEx SmartPost is the primary service utilized for all retail shipments. East Shore reserves the right to change shipping method at any time. If expedited shipping is needed please contact East Shore to obtain quote.

Retail Shipping Rates: Shipping within the contiguous United States is $9.50 per shipping address.

Gift Boxes: Shipping within the contiguous United States is $9.50 per gift box and per shipping address provided.
*If shipping in excess of 10 gift boxes to one location or multiple locations please contact East Shore directly to place those orders. Different shipping rates may apply.


Returns & Damages

  • We are unable to accept returns of any food items.
  • If there is damage to your package, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your items to issue a replacement claim with us. Replacements or credit may be issued by a representative of East Shore based on verification from carrier. Original package(s) must be available for return or inspection upon request.
  • East Shore ships all orders per date specified by customer. Customer is responsible for changes to or cancellations of orders.
  • If your order is placed and has an incorrect address, you will be charged a $14 address correction fee, or return fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for refused shipments unless documented damage has occurred during the shipment process.

Please note: Due to the nature of the product, pretzels are subject to breakage in shipping.
